Meet Captain Cole Sieveking

Captain Cole Sieveking is a licensed U.S. Coast Guard Operator of Uninspected Passenger Vessels (OUPV) and the founder of Ibis Offshore, LLC. Growing up on the water, Cole built a lifelong passion for fishing, boating, free diving, spearfishing, and marine conservation.

He's currently studying Marine Affairs and Entrepreneurship at the University of Miami, where he serves as President of the UM Fishing Club. His experience reaches well past recreational fishing — including research at the Bimini Biological Field Station, where he took part in shark and ray capture, tagging, tissue sampling, and conservation initiatives.

Combining hands-on offshore experience with real scientific knowledge of marine ecosystems, Cole offers guests a perspective on South Florida and Bahamian waters that's hard to find elsewhere. Whether you're a seasoned angler or stepping aboard for the very first time, you'll get professional guidance, local knowledge, and genuine enthusiasm for life on the water.
